We are very delighted to be able to continue to serve you in this difficult period of time. The Les Nereides USA team hopes that you are safe. Due to these circumstances we had to reorganize our team, so all orders are prepared three daily, by a smaller team, with full compliance of the health instructions of the CDC and WHO.

DELIVERY


All online orders will be delivered at home only, without signature.
As you can imagine, all shipping delays are longer than usual, and may vary from the delivery destination.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REPARATIONS


Returns and exchanges are extended to 60 days, after the date of reception.
However, we kindly remind you that all earrings (clip-on excluded) are not exchangeable nor refundable for hygienic reasons (even for gifts).
Our repair service is currently closed and will be available when our stores will open again. Repair delays may also be longer than usual.
